Welcome to Flourish Healing Arts! To flourish means to be in a vigorous state; thrive and to grow luxuriantly in and through the physical body. I have an instinctive gift for healing and have been an inspired source for health advice for over 10 years. I offer acupuncture, chinese herbal medicine, medical intuition, fertility services and dietary/lifestyle recommendations.
To thrive in life requires a deep level of commitment, reflection, personal action and responsibility. We as individuals have incredible healing potential, but have forgotten because of life circumstances or emotional trauma and therefore don't believe we can have the physical and emotional health we desire. As we move further into the 21st century it is becoming increasingly clear that we need to rely on our bodies own healing intelligence and acquire a healthy lifestyle through diet, exercise, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Harmony of the body-mind and spirit is the goal of Flourish Healing Arts. Whether it's using acupuncture to move stagnation in the body and thus relive pain, herbal medicine to build energy or intuitive counseling to illuminate stubborn disease patterns, the goal is the same: to allow the body to heal itself.
For more than 3000 years many cultures have benefited from this method of treating and preventing diseases. Today Chinese Medicine is recognized world-wide. The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) has recognized that acupuncture and oriental medicine can be used to treat a number of conditions. At Flourish Healing Arts I treat the underlying causes of the disease rather than just treating the symptoms, combining an experienced and gentle technique along with disposable, sterile needles. Emphasis is placed on understanding and treating the underlying cause of each individual's imbalance.
